Lee Bay, when used by smugglers during the past, could more justifiably have been described as secluded. The picturesque 16th century architecture now draws crowds a plenty.

The state of the trees nearby suggests that a stiff North Westerly during the winter months can reduce the tripper count and increase the depth of water in the living room of Grade II listed Old Mill House (above). A bargain at £195,000 not.
