If reading Kannan's original slides (shamelessly presented without any updating at all at the first four workshops) while standing on your head irritates you, the fixed versions below should provide relief. (Yes, fixing the original dvi to rotate would probably be smaller and preferable.)

Also, pdf versions of Polly's and Kevin's slides. According to the ns documentation page, Kevin went to the trouble of preparing new slides for the third workshop, but surprisingly reverted to his original slides for the fourth. I'd like a second opinion on that.
