A subjective measure of the registration quality is shown as ten frame movies, with frame 1 being coronal, sagittal and transverse views centred on a selected voxel of the reference image. The no registration view is placed alongside the post registration view. The subsequent 9 frames are similar views centred on the same voxel but from successive unregistered and post registration views. Perfect registration would result in ten identical post registration views. The residual movement that is seen is a subjective measure of the registration quality. The movies show an improvement over the no registration situation for all registration variants.
